How do I get in touch with Concierges?

From the main portal menu, hit "Message Concierge" to go to your inbox. You can create a new message here. Start typing in the "To" field and you should see your Concierge's name in the dropdown.
You may also always email or call your Concierge directly. Look for their contact information on the "Home" page.

How do I retrieve a document from my portal / document vault?

From the main portal menu, hit "My Document Vault" to access all of your secure documents. You may then select or view the document you need and a download button will appear.

How do I navigate my portal?

The main menu is your resource for navigating the portal. From the menu, you can access your documents, message your concierge, and more. Always refer to your "Home" page for helpful information.

If you ever need help just message your Concierge and they will be happy to assist you.

Can I share my access to the portal with another family member?

Yes, we do allow you to share access with other family members.

How secure are my documents?

Your privacy is important to us. Our portal is powered by AWS so that your data is safely encrypted. You can learn more about the measures we take to secure your data by contacting your Estate Concierge.

Can I upgrade my membership?

Absolutely! You can upgrade your plan at any time. Just reach out to your Estate Concierge and let them know you are ready to upgrade. They will walk you through the next steps.

How do I cancel my membership?

If you need to cancel your membership for any reason, please contact your Estate Concierge. They will walk you through the process.
