· Email Campaign Ownership: You will take ownership of our email CRM, overseeing the strategy, execution, and reporting of campaigns designed to boost engagement and LTV.
· Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with the digital marketing lead to plan, build, test, and deploy various email automation programs, including nurture, drip, and triggers, to enhance both pre-purchase and post-purchase customer journeys.
· Brand Enhancement: Craft a roadmap for brand campaigns, messaging, and creative within emails, contributing to improved customer loyalty through an updated brand strategy.
· List Management: Perform necessary list management and updates for email marketing campaigns and programs to maintain data accuracy.
· Quality Assurance: Conduct pre-launch quality assurance checks, ensuring all tracking, form settings, data capture, and operational aspects are in place before campaign launch.
· Performance Reporting: Deliver comprehensive performance metrics, sales revenue reports, KPI analysis, and other insights to senior management and stakeholders, providing guidance on campaign effectiveness and areas for improvement.
· A/B Testing: Implement email A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.
· Vendor and Partner Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors and internal partners.
· Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing and responsive "on-brand" emails, ensuring proper coding, testing, and scheduling.
· Data-Driven Insights: Provide data-driven recommendations to the product team, contributing to ongoing improvements in digital email marketing campaigns.
· Project Management: Update project and task statuses, ensuring effective communication and progress tracking.
