Transparent Flat Fee Pricing Plans
You asked, and we responded. We are excited to introduce new affordable pricing plans to meet the needs and budgets of all types of firms, so that you have more flexibility AND can incorporate our tools more predictably and easily into your practice.
- Plans can be purchased month-to-month or annually.
- All plans include a set number of free “task credits” you can use to get all of your work done without having to purchase individual tasks. (We are pleased to announce that these task credits will include our asset and liability searches in addition to all of our traditional tasks such as account closures and transfers.)
- Pay for an annual plan and save ~15%.
- Annual plans come with a year's worth of tasks front-loaded, so you can use them over the course of the year, at your own pace.
Clear Task Credit Progress
Your number of remaining task credits are shown at the top of your toolbar and upon submitting each task, so you always know how many you have left for that month or year.

Simplified views of our tailored workflows are a key component of our July release. Now, you have the ability to furl and unfurl each phase within our expertly tailored workflows.
Assign a Point Person to Each Task
Streamlining work is one of the major advantages of using Trustate. Using our point person feature, you can now assign a point person to each specific task and to each overall estate matter. This reduces the risk of duplicating efforts among your team and allows for efficient and effective use of their hours.
In April, we added the ability for you to add your own tasks, and now we are giving you the ability to hide tasks that may not be relevant to a particular estate/matter or your jurisdiction.
Improved Digital Vault
Search and Sort
We have enhanced the capabilities of our digital vault, giving you the ability to sort and find documents easier than ever. Type a keyword into the search bar or select from our pre-populated sorting functions.
Organize and Tag
Keep documents organized with our new tagging feature. Upon uploading a document, select a tag from over a dozen pre-populated categories.
Action Items are Easy to Find
Our improved vault makes responding, reviewing, and obtaining signatures for documents easier. You will find a ‘Requested Documents’ folder within your vault where the next set of instructions pertaining to a specific document is clearly defined. No more having to sort through dozens of documents to take the appropriate action(s).

Our new customizable bank searches give you the flexibility to create a search that meets your needs. Pick a geographic region, bank type, or all to discover assets held by your client and/or decedent. You can find a list of our search categories here.
